novaERPS (also known as Nova ERP) is a Saudi cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that unifies financial management, purchasing, inventory, sales, HR, and projects in one platform.
What problem does novaERPS solve?
Companies often run finance, inventory, sales, and HR through disconnected systems and spreadsheets, causing duplicate data entry and making a unified report hard to produce when needed. novaERPS solves this by connecting all of these operations in one database, so every transaction — an invoice, a purchase order, a payroll run — automatically reflects across the rest of the business.
Who is novaERPS for?
It fits Saudi companies from a single business to multi-branch holding groups with subsidiaries, through two leadership packages: the "Chief Executive Officer" package for someone running a company or several branches, and the "General Manager" package for someone running a holding group with several companies and CEOs. It also serves specific roles inside a company: the CFO, HR, and internal/external auditors.

novaERPS was designed from the ground up for the Saudi market, not as a global system with Arabic added later: a genuine right-to-left Arabic interface with Hijri and Gregorian dates, Zakat and VAT calculation built into the core financial module, compatibility with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) Phase 2 e-invoicing requirements, and financial statements structured to IFRS standards.
